Welcome to Suites on Jefferson, Unit 3, our second-floor Cape May beach condo designed to feel like your home away from home.
Located in a four-condo beach-block building in the heart of Cape May, Unit 3 offers a comfortable place to settle in, relax, and enjoy time at the shore. With two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, shared upper decks, beach amenities, and easy access to the beach and promenade, it's a welcoming place for summer beach weeks, shoulder-season getaways, small families, and couples.
Guests also enjoy central heat and air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs with streaming access, and convenient keyless entry — the kind of place where you can settle in quickly and enjoy your time at the shore.
The Space
Suites on Jefferson, Unit 3 is a warm second-floor condo just steps from the Cape May beach and promenade. We've tried to make the space feel easy, familiar, and welcoming.
Unit 3 sleeps up to six guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked for breakfast before the beach, packing lunch, or a quiet dinner in — with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and the essentials. The bright living room is set up for relaxing after a day at the beach, with smart TVs and streaming access.
Unit 3 has one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A washer and dryer are available in the unit for guest use. Unit 3 has a private entrance with convenient keyless entry. The condo is on the second floor, and stairs are required.
Outdoor & Beach
We want your beach days to feel easy from start to finish. Guests enjoy shared upper decks — shared with the other upstairs unit — with plenty of room for the ocean air. The building also has a shared outdoor grill, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a rear beach storage area.
Please return all beach tags and beach items before departure so they're ready for the next guests.
Good to Know
Street parking is available nearby. The driveway next to the building is available for loading and unloading only.
Linens are not included. Guests may bring their own or rent through Sea Dreams Cape May — just ask for the Suites on Jefferson, Unit 3 package.

Suites on Jefferson is a four-condo building. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and to follow the property rules in the rental agreement and the welcome book inside the condo.
A welcome book inside Unit 3 is available for confirmed renters, with Wi-Fi and TV instructions, house details, beach information, checkout instructions, and local recommendations.
Explore Cape May
One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Head toward the beach and you're just moments from the promenade and Cape May's beautiful shoreline — a walkable, charming town full of places to explore.
Reservations are recommended in the busy season — many spots use OpenTable or Resy.
